Ancient Woodlands

We are so lucky to have a section of ancient woodland in Boston Spa.  It is important to protect, expand and connect sections of habitat by creating wildlife corridors such as hedgerows, lines of trees and dense scrub.  This allows species to disperse between areas of woodland and improve genetic diversity.
